Singing is a good medicine. It’s good for health, for breath and for our mood.
According to an English study, songs improve cardiovascular system and they increase the oxygen to the body. Then, songs give you less stress and they improve breathing system.
Singing improve also activities in our brain and the attention.
To obtain these successes, it’s important to sing 2 hours every week, also with other people, if you want to know new friends!!
