Sacher cake

Ingredients for 4 people:
150 g of flour
150 g of sugar
80 g of without sugar chocolate
6 eggs
100 g of butter
apricot confiture

To cover it:
100 g of sugar
100 g of ground chocolate
hot water

Grate and cut in some pieces the chocolate and then melt it into a pan with 2 spoons of sugar.
Leave it cool completely.
Whisk egg-whites stiff and work into a pan the butter, the sugar, the melted chocolate, the yolks and the egg-whites.
Then add flour.
In the meanwhile, grease with butter a cake tin, dredge with flour it and put in it the compound.
Bake it for 90 minutes to 180°.
When the cake is no more hot, cut it into 2 pieces and spread over it the apricot confiture.
Close the cake and prepare the covering: melt the chocolate with hot water.
Add sugar and bring to the boil.
Bake for 10 minutes, mix it to avoid lumps.
Put the covering on the cake, and eat heartily!!
