How is it possible?!

We can’t entitle in a different way this article. How can we explain what is it happened? How can we avoid other tragedies like this?
These are only few questions about this terrible event; on 15 September 2009, El Ketawi Dafani, a Moroccan man killed his daughter Saana. She was 18 and she was butchered by his father. The man killed her because she loved an Italian boy, Massimo de Biaso, 31 years old.
El Ketawi didn’t accept this relationship and he didn’t want his daughter lived with her boyfriend. He considered it an inadmissible and dishonourable action.
In his opinion, the relationship between Sanaa and an Italian boy was a scandal because his culture doesn’t approve it.
Sanaa’s death is very similar to Hina’s death; Hina Saleem was an other young woman who was killed by her father in 2006 because of her relationship with an Italian man.
Hina and Sanaa are only two examples of a narrow-mindedness, of a wrong culture.
Islamic culture doesn’t accept a freedom desire, so it prefers sacrificing human beings.
We believe that this tragedy is really horrible and we want to condamn it; at this point, we answer to us: “How can we avoid these events”?
