Vegetable marrows and potato dumplings

Ingredients:

750 grams potato dumplings
400 grams vegetable marrows
80 grams butter
a clove of garlic
some parsley
a pinch of saffron
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
Add vegetable marrows, the salt and flavour them for some minutes. Stew potato dumplings with a lot of salted water and strained them.
Put the dumplings intoa baking tin, add butter and thicken all.
Add vegetable marrows, the minced parsley and the pepper.
Mix all and serve.
